What else could those of us who love and value the teachings of our 6,000 year old culture of Yoga, learn from the 80,000-plus year old culture here in Australia?
And, how could yoga with its accessible tools, contribute respectfully to assisting with the physical and mental after effects that have wreaked havoc in Aboriginal communities since European arrival ?

How, together can Aboriginal Australia and Yoga become a force to heal our society and this land to move our society to true health and wellbeing?
We have started this conversation between the Yoga and Aboriginal communities. It may take many years to develop but will bear fruit along the way.
